SECTION 1 - AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

We have a 1-2 business day handling time on processing and shipping all orders, excluding weekends and public holidays (unless otherwise stated).

We ship Australian orders via Sendle from our warehouse in Torquay. All orders over $75 receive free shipping Australia wide, which is automatically calculated at checkout.

Shipping to Torquay 3228 receive free shipping, which is automatically calculated at checkout

Express Shipping via Sendle Express is also available at checkout.

If you have special delivery instructions please note at checkout Contact us directly if you need to make changes to your deliveries.

Although great care is taken to ensure all deliveries get dispatched in the allocated time period; in times of higher than normal order volume we hold the right to extend the 1-2 business day processing time.

Standard Refund Policy:

We do not offer refunds for change of mind under our Standard Refund Policy, however:

If for any reason your good(s) are damaged upon receiving them, or they are not the correct product(s) you ordered, we will exchange it with a replacement product of the same value. Please take a photo and contact us within 30 days of receiving the product(s), so we can arrange to exchange it with the correct product(s). To make your claim please send us the following information:

  • Name
  • Product details
  • Proof of purchase (including order number)
  • Details of issue with product

Please do not dispose of the item(s) until we have exchanged it. The benefits provided to you under this policy are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have under relevant laws relating to the products, such as the Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

We will cover all transport costs involved in replacing and exchanging incorrect or damaged good(s).

We reserve the right to ask you to send us back the product(s) whether it is damaged, or not the correct item/product before we issue a replacement or exchange. To claim your out-of-pocket expenses for returning any product(s) to us, please send any receipts for postage to the address listed below.
