    1. Place two - three heaped teaspoons (20gr) of Roo Chai into a pot or milk froffer.
    2. Fill with one cup of your favourite milk (we recommend Soy milk).
    3. Stir until it is hot (but just before simmering).
    4. Using a mesh strainer, pour your tea into your favourite tea cup.
    Steal the moment.
