Your favourite sticky chai minus the caffeine kick. We mix traditional spices and a pinch of native Wattleseed to Rooibos – a South African red bush tea. All blended to perfection with spicy ginger root coated in local honey. Down to earth, yet delightfully indulgent.
Local honey, rooibos tea, ginger root, cardamom, cinnamon, fennel, star anise, clove, nutmeg, wattleseed, black pepper, salt.

EASY INFUSER BREW
Add 1 tablespoon of chai into an infuser in mug.
Top mug with boiling water.
Steep for 3-5 minutes.
Add dash of milk of your choice.

INDULGENT STOVETOP BREW
Add 1 tablespoon of chai to a saucepan with 1/2 mug of boiling water.
On a gentle simmer, now add 1/2 a mug of your preferred milk (we love BonSoy!) until heated (be careful not to boil)
Strain into a mug,
