A tea-riffic sticky chai blend with a rooibos and wattleseed spin! Hailing from South Africa, earthy rooibos dances with wattleseed and all the usual suspects like cinnamon, cardamom and cloves before a wave of honey coats the whole lot.
Rooibos Tea is known for its many antioxidants and minerals. Grown in South Africa, this distinctive red tea has a sweet and deliciously earthy flavour. Traditionally it is drunk in South Africa at the turn of the seasons as a preventative and immune booster.
How to brew:
1. In a saucepan place 2-3 tsp (20g) of Roo Chai
2. Add 250ml (1 cup) of your favourite milk (we recommend Soy milk).
3. Stir until it is hot (but just before simmering).
4. Using a mesh strainer, pour your tea into your favourite tea cup.
Steal the moment.
For a less creamy brew use an evenly split ratio of water and milk.
